Delivery timelines* 2-10 Business Days**

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days.

** Orders received at our fulfillment center before 12:00 PM IST should ship that same day; orders received after 12:00 PM IST should ship the next Business Day.

We ship merchandise ordered on LavieWorld.com to all Indian states, Union Territories. We currently do not ship internationally.

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

You can create a Return Request by following simple steps

For Registered Users:

  1. Login to your Lavie Account
  2. You will find a welcome button the top right hand corner – Go to My Orders
  3. You will get the list of the products you have ordered with the options - View/Return/Reorder
  4. Click on Return – Fill in the details and Submit.

For Guest Users:

  1. Go to Contact us Tab
  2. Select the Subject Return or Refund
  3. Fill in the details and Submit.

You can apply a coupon on cart page before placing the order, under Discount code on your right hand side. Your coupon will not be valid if you use it at the checkout page under Gift Voucher. Coupon code need to put before order placement.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

We do not charge Sales tax over and above the price offered on Lavieworld.com; offered prices are inclusive of all taxes.

You must be a registered account holder on LavieWorld.com to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account includes all your online purchases, but only those purchases made after establishing an account.

Also, certain features and benefits of our website are only available if you register an account.
